Which channel to use
Different questions get answered fastest through different routes. Here is roughly how to choose.
For a price on a specific order
The quote builder is faster than asking us. It prices your exact garments, quantities, print positions and turnaround live, including any volume discount, and shows the dispatch and delivery dates for your postcode.
You do not need to talk to anyone to get a number, and you can adjust quantities to see where the discount tiers fall.
For anything time-sensitive
Phone is the right channel for deadline-driven questions — whether a date is achievable, or whether an order already in production can be changed.
We are on the Gold Coast and operate on Australian Eastern Standard Time, which is worth remembering if you are calling from Perth or during daylight saving.
For artwork questions
Email works best, because you can attach the file. Whether a design will print well is much easier to answer by looking at it than by describing it.
Include the intended print size and which garment colour it is going on. Both change the answer.
For an existing order
Quote your order number. It is on your confirmation email and is the fastest way for us to pull up exactly what was printed, on which garments, and when it shipped.
Order tracking and account details live on the ordering system rather than here.
Visiting or collecting from Nerang
Our facility is at Unit 2 / 12-20 Lawrence Drive, Nerang, in the Gold Coast industrial area. It is a production facility rather than a retail showroom — there is no shopfront and no stock on display to browse.
Collection is available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm for orders placed with the pickup option. Wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before making the trip, since production times vary with the size of the run.
